This peer education project in collaboration with Lanarkshire Drugs Action Team involved the production of three short films and a CD Rom to update the Drugs and Alcohol Awareness Pack ‘What’s the Score’. fps media worked with 3 Lanarkshire Schools; St Maurices’s High School, St John the Baptist Primary School and Condorrat Primary School teaching the young people all aspects of video and multi media production. The young people then scripted and produced their own short films covering issues, which were relevant to them and their peer group. The CD Rom is now distributed throughout all schools, libraries and youth groups in Lanarkshire and provides an invaluable and informative tool on drugs awareness.
